When subscribing to Vinna you get an email to the inbox you used to purchase Vinna with. This email lets you create the password and create your account in the app.
Usually when a user cannot log in it is because a password has not been created, or the wrong email was entered when purchasing and therefore the password creation email was never received.
To resolve this:
Check your inbox again to see if you have gotten emails from us, if so the email is correct. In this case, locate the email where you create your password.
If you haven't gotten any emails from us, you most likely entered the wrong email upon checkout. In this case, reach out to our support and we will help you out there.
